Gerard
(Jerry) A. Lareau, Partner
has been conducting executive search for 15 years. During that time, he
has filled numerous senior level positions ranging from CEO's and division
heads to mid-level managers. He currently is active in diagnostics, instrumentation,
genetics, molecular biology, and clinical reference labs. He has worked
on both domestic and international assignments and is fluent in French
and German.
Belle
Lareau, Partner began her search career with Management Recruiters
prior to forming The Hampton Group with her husband Jerry Lareau. Her
primary desk focus has been working for pharmaceutical and biotech companies
in the areas of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Quality Control/Quality
Assurance. Prior to entering the field of executive search she was the
Associate Publisher of Runner's World Magazine and held sales management
positions with Rodale Press, CBS, and Ziff-Davis Publishing.
Beverly
(Bev) Norindr, has over 12 years experience in the field of executive
search and consistently ranks among the top 15% of all account executives
in the Management Recruiters Network. She focuses on clinical research
with an emphasis on placing MD's. Prior to joining The Hampton Group five
years ago, she recruited marketing talent for major package goods companies.
Bev is a graduate of Georgetown University with a BS in Foreign Service.
Virginia
(Ginnie) Kearns, specializes in placing physicians and senior executives
in clinical research. Her primary focus has been in the CNS area but she
also places MD's in cardiovascular, men's and women's health, and infectious
disease. She is in the top 10% of all account executives in the MRI system.
She received her B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University.
Minerva Perez is an NYU graduate who specializes in many scientific areas of Pharmaceutical Research and Development.
Drawing own her own multifaceted experience and the 18+ years of her team, Ms. Perez has placed scientific leaders possessing five to twenty five years of industry experience.
Her client base runs from the pre-IPO start-up to the established multi-billion dollar company. Ms. Perez has been able to enjoy a 91% placement retention rate while also maintaining 80% of her business from repeat clients.

Harold
Thiers, focuses on placing people who are using new technologies to
advance scientific research. For example, he recruited scientists involved
in bioinformatics, proteomics and microarray's. Prior to joining The Hampton
Group, he worked as a district and regional sales manager in the automotive
industry. Harold has a BS in International Business and an MBA from the
University of Bridgeport in General Administration. He is fluent in Dutch
and French.
Andrea
Lisberger, Andrea Lisberger specializes in placing Clinical Research professionals (non MD's) focused in Clinical Operations, Clinical Project Management, Clinical Trials Management as well as Clinical Research Associates, Monitors and Scientists across all therapeutic areas.
Andrea offers consultative support in placement and recruitment services with proven process and top representation. She is networked with key Clinical Representatives in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry at both the executive and management level.
Andrea is a graduate of Stony Brook University on Long Island with advanced studies in Biology and Marine Sciences. Her continued education allows her to be knowledgeable and fluent in the sciences.

David Alvarado, specializes in Regulatory & Quality Affairs positions. He places people in all areas of Regulatory, Compliance and Quality both domestically and worldwide. NDA's, IND 's, BLA's, ANDA's, 483's, CMC, ICH are all a part of his world, and he has successfully placed people with varying levels of expertise in these areas. Prior to joining the Hampton Group he rose up the ranks of a major stock brokerage firm to become an Assistant Branch Manager.
